Article 1 (Description of the Service)

1. The Service is an information directory service providing information about poker bars and amusement venues ("Listed Venues") located in Fukuoka Prefecture and other regions covered by the Company.
2. The Service is limited to introducing and enabling the search of Listed Venues; the Company itself does not operate any Listed Venue or conduct any gambling or other business activity on their behalf.

Article 2 (Nature of Listed Information and Disclaimer)

1. Information about Listed Venues on the Service is either independently collected by the Company from publicly available sources, or submitted by the venue's operator through a listing application.
2. Where a Listed Venue is displayed with a "Verified" indication or similar status, this indicates only that the Company reviewed documentation (such as an entertainment business license) submitted by that venue's operator at the time of application. It does not constitute an ongoing guarantee of the venue's continued operating status, the continued validity of its license, or its ongoing compliance with applicable law.
3. The Company takes reasonable care regarding the accuracy, currency, and completeness of listed information but does not guarantee it. Users should confirm current information at their own responsibility before visiting any Listed Venue.
4. The Company bears no responsibility for any accident, dispute, violation of law, or other event occurring at a Listed Venue, except where caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 3 (Listing Claims and Delisting Requests)

1. A Listed Venue's operator may submit a claim for their venue's listing ("Listing Claim") using the method designated by the Company.
2. The Company will review documentation submitted with a Listing Claim and determine whether to approve it. The Company may decline to approve a Listing Claim for reasonable cause.
3. A Listed Venue's operator may request removal of their listing using the method designated by the Company.
4. The Company may remove or unpublish listed information without prior notice where it determines that any of the following applies:
   • The listed information is found to be false
   • The Listed Venue is confirmed to be operating in violation of applicable law
   • The venue's operator has submitted a removal request
   • Any other violation of these Terms is confirmed

Article 4 (User-Submitted Content)

1. The Service may provide functionality allowing operators of Listed Venues to post event or tournament information ("Submitted Content").
2. Copyright in Submitted Content belongs to the person who submitted it; however, the submitter grants the Company a license to use the Submitted Content (including reproduction, display, and translation) for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.
3. Users must not submit Submitted Content that:
   • Contains false information
   • Promotes or implies cash-stakes gambling activity
   • Infringes the rights of a third party
   • Violates public order or morals
4. The Company may remove Submitted Content without prior notice if it determines the content falls under the preceding paragraph.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:

1. Conduct that violates law or public order and morals
2. Conduct that infringes the rights of the Company or a third party
3. Registering or submitting false information
4. Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service
5. Reproducing or repurposing information listed on the Service without the Company's permission for the purpose of building a competing service
6. Any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Accounts)

1. Users are responsible for managing their own account information and must not allow third parties to use it.
2. The Company may suspend or delete a User's account without prior notice if it determines the User has violated these Terms.

Article 7 (Fees)

1. Basic use of the Service, including basic venue listing information, is provided free of charge.
2. The Company may offer paid plans (e.g., expanded listing content, priority placement); the content and pricing of such plans will be separately determined by the Company and displayed on the Service.
3. Fees paid for paid plans are, in principle, non-refundable, except where the Company otherwise determines.

Article 8 (Changes, Suspension, or Termination of the Service)

The Company may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to Users. The Company bears no responsibility for any resulting damage to Users, except where caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or to third parties holding legitimate rights. Users must not reproduce, republish, or modify the content of the Service without the Company's prior consent.

Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company does not warrant that the Service is fit for any particular purpose, possesses any particular function or value expected by the User, or any other matter.
2. Except where caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company bears no responsibility for damages arising from the Service.
3. Where the Company is liable for damages, such liability is limited to the amount the User paid to the Company for the paid service that was the direct cause of the damage.

Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms where it deems necessary, by providing advance notice to Users or by posting notice on the Service. Amended Terms take effect from the time they are posted on the Service.

Article 12 (Governing Law; Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. Any dispute arising between the Company and a User in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance.
